Statement on the death of Dalriada Headmaster Tom Skelton

It is with a profound sense of shock and great sadness that the Officers, Executive Board and staff of the Governing Bodies Association learnt of the death of Dalriada School Headmaster Tom Skelton.

Tom was a dedicated and gifted school leader serving as Headmaster of Dalriada since 2007.  A man of great integrity, Tom was well known in Ballymoney and the wider community for his inspirational leadership which shaped the lives of so many young people.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Tom’s family, friends and the Dalriada school community on his passing.
